House Rules

Smoking in unit/patio or unit smelling of smoke will lead to a fine of $500.

If one uses the lockbox over the keyless entry, one must place keys back in lockbox upon check out, failure to do so will result in $250 fine (we have multiple cleaners who clean the units, most do not have a copy of key).

If guest does not check out on time (without approval from host to stay later) one may be charged $25/10 min over check out time (rounded up).

By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.

$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!

If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.

Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.

The space
Private Rooftop, and only unit in the building! Very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. We also have a living room, family room, dining room and fully renovated kitchen with in unit laundry! This is a hidden gem in Chicago! All of this is available!

"The West Loop lies along the western bank of the CHICAGO RIVER. It is approximately bounded by GRAND AVENUE on the north, Ashland Avenue on the west, the EISENHOWER EXPRESSWAY on the south, and the Chicago River on the east. Popular restaurants line RANDOLPH STREET, including Girl and the Goat by STEPHANIE IZARD, and Leña Brava by RICK BAYLESS. The area has experienced rapid GENTRIFICATION.A former manufacturing and warehousing area, many of the buildings have been converted to loft condominiums, restaurants, bars, and art galleries. OPRAH WINFREY's HARPO STUDIOS were located on Randolph Street, and the site is currently under construction to be the corporate headquarters of MCDONALD'S. Neighborhood overview
We are located on the border of "the hip West Loop which is now a dining and nightlife hotspot. Inventive New American and global eateries line Restaurant Row, and the French Market food hall hosts local vendors. Pubs, bars, and live music venues dot the area, as do upscale boutiques, while Randolph Street Market sells vintage wares one weekend a month. The grand Union Station, built in 1925, is an iconic beaux arts rail hub."

Free street parking around the block on Hubbard St as well as May St which is perpendicular to Grand (street unit is on)! Please make sure to check signs for street sweeps.
